Young, dynamic graduate or post graduate executives with strong English Communication skills and experience in making outbound calls to prospective clients and partners in International region. Ability to do internet research, follow up effectively on emails, phone calls explaining about our solutions in order to generate appointments for our sales team and also to convert prospects to clients.
We're looking for
- Graduates with work experience of 2 to 3 years in outbound calling.
- Experience in making International calls in Europe, Middle East, UK and US will be an added advantage.
- Fluency, Neutral accent with good listening ability & telephone handling skills.
- Familiarity with the CRM Software & each step of the sale’s funnel.
- Ability to do cold calling and mass emailing prospects.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities through existing database.
- Ability to take up analytical approach to data & give each lead a quality score and a quality grade.
- Having excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in internet research, email & MS Office.
- Quick to learn with a strong attention to detail.
- Acquire and evaluate new leads.
- Generate new leads via outbound calls and emails.
- Pre-qualify leads to streamline the sales process.
- Make phone calls to reach decision makers in order to generate interest, fix appointments for our sales team and solicit sales for our products & services.
- Obtain names and contact numbers of potential customers from Online sources to follow up initial sales leads.
- Explain products or services and answer queries from customers.
- Ability to deal with different types of customers with passion for client service.
